I'm surprised at the negative reviews as I have never had a bad experience or haircut here. Nor have I had to wait since I usually check in online. Tom is fantastic. Very personable and always does a great job. Yesterday I had a woman, I believe her name was Ashley, and she was great, too. And the price is very reasonable for all they do. This is a great place.

The hairstylist that I had put product in my hair without asking and when I replied that I don't use product their answer was "That's how you style it." Unbeknownst to me, they were hiding a big mistake they made on the top/side of my head where I had instructed them to NOT CUT ANY OFF THE TOP. Now I have to live for X long with this bad cut because my hair takes ages to grow any sort of length. Cutting too much is worse than not cutting enough. How about instead of not telling me the name of the stylist that could actually STYLE HAIR, you let me know when they work so I don't have to cough up a some cash to get my look butchered. You're best off paying for the MVP and dry your hair after the wash so you can see if they done gonked up your hair.

I am very disappointed because they charge $20 and they don't do a good job I don't recommend anybody
