Terrible customer service , Sorry to say , I got a coupon and decided to give them a try, called and they were short over the phone with my question and directed me to the website, then my son was yelled at by an employee from across the store and the stylists were making rude comments about customers coming and not understanding their procedures. Not impressed with service at all for a company that is trying to recruit customers
